Bob became the pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church on October 1, 2017. Bob and his wife Linda, are from Denver, Colorado, although, Bob was born in Jacksboro, Texas. They live just right around the corner from Lakeview. They have three children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. To keep them company, the empty nesters have two golden retrievers, Dodger and Baby.
Bob holds a Master of Ministry and a Bachelor of Theology degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary. He is currently working on a Doctor of Theology degree.
Bob has served several churches in Texas: First Baptist Church of Avinger, Texas and Keys Valley Baptist Church of Belton, Texas.
Bob served and retired from the United States Coast Guard.
Bob and Linda love to travel and their favorite travel destination is France. They love to visit, blog and photograph the Chateau of the Loire Valley in France and the great churches of Europe.
